Curriculum, Grades and Class Load

Curriculum:

The curriculum is delivered through a brand new LMS (learning management system) Edgenuity, by Imagine Learning is engaging, challenging and based on the student’s learning style. A set of objectives as set forth by the state standards will be the keys for successful credit approval. A student must meet DCHS’s graduation requirements in order to receive a diploma.
 

Grades:

All students will earn credit based upon a percentage score correlated to the DCSC grading scale for all classes while enrolled at the WWA.
 

Student Class Load:

The class load for a student enrolled at the WWA will be determined during the initial interview with the development of the ISP. The DCHS guidance department will determine if additional credits may be earned and what course may be taken.
